Main Roads recently attended the Customer Service Insitute of Australia Service Excellence Awards and took out two of the categories. Congratulations to Main Roads in the following:
State and Federal Government Category – Western Australian Winner
Customer Service CEO of the Year – Menno Henneveld, Western Australian Winner and High Commendation in the National Award
Main Roads were thrilled with their recognition in these highly competitive awards and to reaffirm the Main Roads vision “to be recognised for excellence in customer service and world class road access”
