The Customer Service Council Inc. holds at least 4 events a calendar year. These events are held at 5 star locations and held in high esteem with up to 100 attending. In 2011, for example, we held an event at the Parmelia Hilton and another at Bells at the Barrack Street Jetty, Perth Waterfront.
