The Customer Service Council is a not for profit association and the funds are generated through events, sponsorships and partnerships.  These partners / sponsors are integral to our viability as the Board members are all volunteers.  The profile provided to sponsors and partners and the affiliation with the Customer Service Council as the peak body for customer service across all industries is valuable. 

The process is to make application to the Vice Chair person Mr. Ben Oxford and an assessment is done to ascertain Platinum; Gold; Silver; Bronze sponsorship  and to also review the organisation or individual, to ensure the ethos and functions are aligned to the Customer Service Councils Aims, Mission and Vision.  The next stage is for the potential sponsoring organisation to attend the CSC Board meeting and present / meet the board members.
